I want to make a career in management consulting. I would like to get advice based on my short profile below?

2. Bachelor in Electronics

Experience :
5 Years in the field of sales and marketing in Siemens

Let me know do I need to do more formal education or what else to get a start in consulting career.

    For all take management consultants they need people who can observe and have been in business since 1946.
